Our line of Hydraulic Pulley Pullers makes the entire process
an easy task for just one person. The puller removes gears, pinions, pulleys,
couplings, sheaves, bearing housings, and other objects from shafts with hydraulic
ease. Removing an object from a shaft using hand tools is difficult at best,
and often impossible. It quite often turns out to be a task requiring more than
one person. A manually operated hydraulic pump is standard on the 8, 20, and
60-ton models. An electrically operated hydraulic pump, standard on the 100
ton model, is optional on 20 and 60-ton models.
Fully Portable - The frame assembly is mounted on
tough, easy roll wheels for ease of transport around the shop or to remote
locations. Beams, arms, and ram assembly may be removed for overhead operation.
Fully Adjustable - The height and arm spread capability
allows the Pulley Puller great flexibility for removing objects from nearly
any size shaft or motor.
