Low-Profile Pullers are equipped with electric powered hydraulic pumps. The electric powered pump is available in a variety of voltages. Gas powered pumps are available with a 6.5 HP 4-cycle engine. Pressure gauges and remote control switches are included on both designs. Hydraulic assemblies have a 10,000 psi maximum operating pressure.

The hydraulic ram applies force from the puller to the shaft. 20 and 60 ton pullers are equipped with single-acting rams. The 100-ton puller is standard with a dual-acting ram. Quick-connect hydraulic couplings are supplied for easy connection to the power unit.

A ten piece ram adapter set is included with each Puller. The adapters increase the Pullers flexibility by extending the reach of the ram. A variety of lengths and diameters are provided.

Quicklink chains are used to rigidly secure the puller arms in position when pressure is applied. Chain assemblies include the chain, adjustable chain tension casting and a guide casting. Base design provides storage for chains, chain castings, ram adapters and operating instructions.

A “sky-hook” hoist leveler is available for use with cranes or hoists. The attachment compensates for changes in center of gravity as the position of the adjustable arms are changed. The single lift point allows the Puller to self-align with the work piece making setup easy.
